Introduction
What is Recruitify about?
Recruitify was founded to help companies comprehensively manage their recruitment process.
Whether you operate in a large or small HR department - Recruitify will always support you in your activities. The modular architecture of the Recruitify tool makes it suitable for both freelancers and large recruitment agencies. Everyone can take advantage of the additional features of Recruitify as well as supporting technologies.

Scope of work
What we did
We defined the necessary phases tailored to Recruitify’s needs. A holistic approach was the key thing to achieve the best results. Some of the not entirely dependent stages’ parts were done simultaneously as you can see on the attached timeline. App development was done in-house by the Recruitify team.

PRODUCT Structure
OK, but what exactly?
The whole project contains many pieces. This is just a preview so you can have a bigger picture learning about our process and the way we approached the project. All parts are described more in Chapter 11. The web application is the biggest, most crucial part, with massive impact on all other pieces.

Goals
What were the goals?
The main goal was to support and seamlessly guide the client through whole the process. After the initial meetings, we worked the project goals out and then updated them after conducting research. All the goals are strongly connected to each other creating a guide for the entire process.

Key Metrics
What did we discover initially?
In order to understand the main issues and needs of the users, we conducted user interview sessions among carefully selected recruitment company employees.

PROTO-Personas
Who is the ideal user?
To classify the targeted audience, three proto-personas were defined. They were created based on the conducted research and survey results. We present the most common example below.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
What do we have here?
Once we conducted the research and worked user personas out we focused on structurizing every piece of data we had.We wanted to make sure that proper information structure and hierarchy is preserved. Here is the piece of the whole application structure flow.

Wireframes
How will it work?
Having prepared all the information architecture, a good deal of time was spent on wireframing and prototyping. The more ideas we tried and tested the more time we were able to save in the next stages.

Branding
What does the face of the business look like?
Key assumptions were to keep the brand appealing, friendly but not too playful at the same time. We kept in mind that Recruitify is meant to be a tool, used by professionals on a daily basis.

Design System
How is it built?
Based on the established wireframes and branding guidelines, taking all user testing conclusions into account, we built the entire design system from scratch. The very core of the work was to create a flexible set of rules and components that can be used across both web and mobile applications. Everything was built using Atomic Design methodology, having best practices and users’ experiences in mind.

RELEASED PRODUCT
How does it look & feel?
We approach projects in a holistic way, delivering all pieces of the puzzle.In this section we present final results divided into several parts. Obiously, the web application is crucial and the biggest part. That’s what this is all about but we also wanted to show other work we have done as they all create Recruitify as a product.
RELEASED PRODUCT - PART I
Application

Finally, after some parts of the wireframes and design system were done, we focused on the actual user interface. All the work was done simultaneously between these phases as they develop together as the app grows.

RELEASED PRODUCT - PART II
Mobile app

After finalizing all web application screens we made it to the mobile app. It's a web platform extension wrapped in a cross-platform mobile application, with the necessary navigation and device specifications in mind.

RELEASED PRODUCT - PART III
Landing page

Every business requires a landing page. That's what we covered next, listing and explaining all the futures, creating custom illustrations matching Recruitify brand look and feel.

RELEASED PRODUCT - PART IV
White label Careers Portal

Recruitify's careers portal is another part of the whole product. It enables Recruitify's clients to create a branded career portal where candidates can access career content and apply for open jobs directly connected to the ATS. The whole portal is done as a white label to make branding customization easy.

RELEASED PRODUCT - PART V
Custom illustrations

We were also tasked with creating a series of illustrations that could be used to represent the brand in several different contexts. Despite different purposes, the goal was to keep them consistent.

Mail designs

The last part but not least was to create mail designs so users can receive system notifications, email newsletters, offers or sales promotions. Again, we wanted to keep them consistent with previously established brand guidelines.

Challenges
What we learned from the most.
Every project has its challenges. While creating Recruitfy we have faced a lot of challenges that pushed us forward. They helped us grow and complete every next project even better. We managed to overcome them by focusing on our goals and continuing to move one step at a time. Let us list the major ones below.
